Returning home
to Kent after her adventures in Cornwall, and a quarrel with her
erstwhile
suitor, Lady Anne Addison sets out to collect herself and find her
bearings
once again. However, for Lady Anne, things never go as planned. While
visiting
a gypsy camp on her property, she sees a man she swears
is the
Marquess of Darkefell, the man she left Cornwall to avoid. She writes a
